The furnishings are refined and comfortable thanks to the presence of air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, mini-stereo, telephone, wifi internet, safe, terrace.

The apartment was created from the restoration of the former olive press, in fact inside it retains the typical floors with large wooden and brick beams.

The apartment is wheelchair accessible and is equipped with a shower and toilet with grab bars.
